About Me

I'm a criminal lawyer who codes. For over a decade I worked in Colombia's judiciary, as a legal officer, and then as a judge, conducting criminal trials, analyzing complex evidence, and writing rulings that had real consequences for real people. That kind of work trains you to reason carefully, spot gaps in logic, and make decisions under pressure. Those are the same skills I bring to software.

Over the last year I've built deliberately: front-end development first, then data analytics, and now backend web development at Hack Your Future in Denmark. I use AI every day, not as a buzzword, but as a working tool: prompting, evaluating outputs, integrating it into workflows, and understanding its limits. My cybersecurity studies -GRC, GDPR, threat assessment- add the layer of risk thinking that comes naturally from a legal background.

I'm looking for work at the intersection of law, data, and technology, where understanding compliance isn't separate from building the system, and where the person who can read a regulation is also the one writing the API. Based in Denmark, building in public.
